SOLO 425-HD HEAVY DUTY 4 GALLON BACK PACK SPRAYER

SPRAYER DESCRIPTION: This is our 4 Gallon Back Pack model. Built to our specifications, this sprayer features all heavy duty components. It has a check flow filter at the nozzle, an adjustable brass nozzle and an extra strong tank. It has a locking valve and pump handle which is both comfortable to use and easy to pump. The shoulder straps are easy to adjust and comfortable compared to similar designs featured on other models. The best way to use these straps is to pull them loose, place the sprayer on your back and then pull them tight from the front. They feature a one way adjustment which acts like a cinch. You are able to pull it tight quite easily allowing for a tight comfortable fit. This sprayer can be used inside but it is really designed for outside applications where 2-4 gallons will be applied. It has a four gallon tank but you only need to mix up what you intend on using. All parts are interchangeable with the 2.5 gallon pull along and our 1 gallon pump sprayer. It has several options which can enhance performance and either the 18 inch or the 23-40 inch wand extensions should be used if you are getting this sprayer for treating up high. This sprayer can be pumped up to over 80 PSI. This is sometimes needed when spraying the side of homes or tall trees.

SOLO 1 GALLON HEAVY DUTY SPRAYER: This is our 1 Gallon Private Label built to our specifications. We have Solo build these and when it comes to quality, their German craftsmanship is second to none. This model includes an adjustable brass nozzle, a check flow filter located at the nozzle which prevents dripping when the valve is shut off and a relief valve located on the top of the tank.

The heavy duty poly tank is both UV protected and thick enough to withstand a lot of abuse (and up to 200 psi of pressure). It comes with a fixed pin stream tip, a fixed fan pattern tip and a cone jet in addition to the the adjustable brass nozzle.

The spray wand is extra long, very durable and the spray handle features a “lock on” setting for continuous spraying. The handle is very comfortable in hold and operate and top of that, easy to service and repair.

This sprayer is great for most any application in and around the home and can be used to apply just about any of our products.

RELATED ITEMS: If you have a need to reach up 25′ or more, you can get our RELIEF VALVE SPRAYER CAP which essentially allows you to “mod” the sprayer so you can pump it up to reach higher pressure and in turn, spray higher.

It comes standard with an 8″ valve extension but the 18″ is available at a higher cost if required (most people like the longer extension since it will let you treat without having to reach down or up as much). SOLO WHEEL CADDY KIT

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The Wheel Caddy is an add on that can be fitted on select sprayers. Some of our sprayers feature a slotted base into which the Wheel Caddy fits. Once snapped on, you are able to wheel your sprayer around which is much easier compared to carrying. The Wheel Caddy can be put on and taken off your Sprayer as needed. Check with your Sales Associate to insure you are ordering a Sprayer that will accommodate the Wheel Caddy if desired. If you are getting the Caddy as an add on and already own one of our Sprayers, call in to find out if it will fit the Sprayer you currently own.

SOLO SPRAYER TANK VALVE CAP

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The Relief Valve Replacement Cap is used to replace the relief valve which comes on sprayers 287732, 287735 and 287741. By installing this cap, you are able to pressurize the tank above the restricted limit of 45 lbs of pressure which the manufacturer recommends. We are aware that there are special needs which might warrant this use but be aware that you assume all risks associated with over pressurizing the tank and that you are solely responsible for any damage that happens to the sprayer, yourself or anything else should you install one and over pressurize the tank leading to a mishap!!
